This page allows you to schedule an appointment for applying for Finnish Visa at the visa centre in Moscow and at the Embassy of Finland in Moscow. Visa centre in Kazan takes documents without appointment scheduling. You can schedule an appointment for submitting documents at the Visa centre or at the Embassy of Finland in Moscow also through the call centre: +7 (495) 662 87 39 from Monday to Friday 8.00–19.00. We recommend that you take an appointment to visit the visa centre as it will reduce your waiting time.

Starting from 14th of June 2011, applicants can schedule an appointment to submit a visa application at the Embassy of Finland in Moscow and visa centre either also through the call centre: +7 (495) 662 87 39.

Attention

Cancel the date of your Appointment: Please be very careful when you are going to cancel the appointment date. After canceling you will be not able to use the same reference number again.

Please, take into consideration, that all the data provided into the system should be correct. We recommend verifying the check-list of the documents in advance, and completing an application form in details, pasting the photograph and preparing copies of supplementary documents (e.g.: Parents consent for the child to travel and child’s birth certificate). Incomplete set of documents will not be accepted.

Making an appointment to submit the documents in Moscow

FAQ’s for the Appointment Scheduling

Q.1 Can I make an appointment for the document submission via phone or e-mail?
Ans You can make an appointment only online via internet or Call Centre
 
 
Q.2 I made an appointment for 10.10 a.m., but there is a queue at the gate? How can I enter the visa centre on time?
Ans The Applicant with appointment can approach the guard in the uniform near the entrance.. The guard has an appointment list for the day. The guard will let you enter the visa centre on time upon showing the passport, of which details were specified at the time of scheduling an appointment.
 
 
Q.3 Can I make an appointment to collect my processed visa?
Ans No, you don’t need to schedule an appointment for collecting your passport.
 
 
Q.4 What if I will not be able to come in time of my scheduled appointment?
Ans You have to reschedule or you can apply without an appointment.
 
 
Q.5 I need to submit documents urgently tomorrow, but no appointment slots are available for tomorrow. How can I make an appointment?
Ans You can submit your documents without appointments. Please note that the processing terms for all applicants are the same.
 
 
Q.6 I made an appointment to submit one application, but my 2 colleagues asked me to submit their documents as well. Can I take all these 3 packages despite I have only one appointment?
Ans You can submit only the application you have made an appointment for. You should check if there is any time slot available in the system or submit the application without appointment
 
 
Q.7 Next week I am going to submit documents for a group of people. Do I need to enter the data of all applicants?
Ans Yes, you have to enter the data of all the applicants into the system.
