Applications for short stay visas are accepted at the Finland Visa Application Centre only through prior appointments.

The visa and service fees, along with any other value added services must be paid only in cash (in Euros) at the Visa Application Centre at the time of application submission.

Each individual requires a separate appointment and will submit a separate application. For example, if a family or group of five is applying for visas, then 5 appointments must be made.

Please note that you may submit your application only between 90 days before your date of travel and the visa processing time is 15 calendar days from the date of submission of the application.
