Schedule an Appointment

Appointment booking is mandatory, and applicants are required to pay the service fee in advance.

Applicants can schedule their appointment using an online appointment booking system. Each applicant must schedule their own appointment slot, however, one (1) child under 12-year old can accompany their legal guardian for the same appointment slot. Service fee prepayment must be made for every application individually. The payment must be made within 72 hours after the confirmation email of the scheduled appointment has been sent.

After you receive your confirmation letter with your unique CashPlus reference number by email, please make the prepayment in any CashPlus agency ( within 72 hours. When visiting the CashPlus agency, please make sure you have your unique reference number with you. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email of your appointment in 2 working days. Please, contact the call centre (0802008787 and + (212) 537739573 for international calls) if you do not receive your confirmation email after 2 working days.

The service fee will not be refunded if you cancel or fail to arrive for your confirmed booking (no-show). You can change your confirmed appointment  once and via call centre only. No changes can be made in less than 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time.
