Applicants have the choice to decide how they would like to collect their passports and / or documents, i.e. by subscribing for a Courier Services at the time of application submission or by collecting it from the Visa Application Center where they applied.
After submission, you can check the status of your application online by simply providing the unique VAC Reference Number and your Date of Birth. VAC reference number can be found on the Invoice-Cum-Receipt (Starts with KVFI/LVIV/ODSA/DONK/KHRV/DNIK) provided by the Submission Officer at the application centre at the time of submission. Collection of passport

    • Passport collection time: 08:30-15:30 on all working days.
  • Documents to be presented for passport collection:

    • Domestic passport along with Invoice Cum Receipt
    • Copy of 1st page of your international passport
    • Letter of authority, in case of representative collection
    • Copy of birth Certificate (for applicants under 18yrs)

Application Processing Time:
Usual application processing time is 10 calendar days excluding the day of documents' submission. A visa application should be submitted at least 10 calendar days before the intended visit and cannot be submitted earlier than three months before the intended date of travel.
